Laser Cut Giraffe
School project with the goal of capturing the spirit of a favorit animal with 3mm laser cut plywood and no glue.
The underlying purpose of the project was to learn the basics of laser cutting. We first made a rough model in foam core. Then 2D views in Rhino that was translated into gcode. The patterns was made in a second pas with the laser on lower power.
